Terms Entered in Search
When you type a name, location, or other term into a search tool, that query is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. The provider needs the terms to process the request and return its results. Okfuskee County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's collection, retention, and use practices are governed by its privacy policy, not this one.
Emails and Site Messages
If you email us or use a contact form, we keep the message and the contact details you supply for as long as reasonably needed to review and answer it. Messages are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law. Do not send Social Security numbers, account credentials, medical records, or other sensitive material. This private site cannot access an Okfuskee County jail file or an ODOC record on your behalf.
Technical Data Collected Automatically
Ordinary web systems create limited technical records when a page loads. This information helps operate the site, measure performance, and identify faults. It may include:

Once you follow any outside link, that destination's privacy statement and terms govern the visit.
